I purchase a new car every 3 years. I purchased a Mazda for my Daughter and asked to make sure that I have 3 years service and 3 years on road. After my first service Mazda charged me and was told that it wasn't in my contract. I would like others to know, be careful they don't keep there word and left it out of the agreement . Also $12 for a loan car. Great customer service. Not for the $12 just the respect and customer service. I have made 2 calls to South port Mazda and no call back. Disappointing what a let down. Robina have been very helpful and contacted me same day. Good customer service.
Neil sold me my Mazda 3 in 2018 and still remember it as a great buying experience. Excellent service and care all the way through and they really helped me out with finance at the time as well. Thanks to the whole team for taking great care of me. The car is beautiful as well. Couldn't be happier.

Made a recent purchase from this Mazda Dealer and have been nothing but impressed with the level of service we received.
From the initial purchase with Ross, "Who happens to be the most laid back salesman I have ever encountered but at the same time very likeable and very effective at his job." To the finance transaction with Harry, who made the process extremely easy.
I bought the car for my daughter and of course she was excited and nervous but thanks to Kyle who taught her the ins and outs of the car she drove away as confident as she could have been in a new car.
Also to the Sales person who sold us the Protection Package. Thank you for keeping it short, as we had requested. It was a welcome relief compared to other experiences we have had.
As I suspect, this will not be the last of the service we will receive from Mazda.
The first time we bought a car, asked for nothing and got everything.

Bought a new Mazda 3...the whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. There is a real focus on customer service at this dealership. Even though it was clearly a very busy time, (they were the only place on the GC with reasonable delivery times), everyone we had contact with seemed to make us their priority. Thankyou Ross(Sales), Tiarne(Finance) and Kyle(Delivery) for everything. Love the car too!
I never write reviews but Southport Mazda told me over a year ago that my brake rotors needed to be replaced asap ($900 for brakes + $1k service) and i went to Robina Mazda today and they said my brake rotors are perfectly fine and that they don't need to be replaced at all. I've also took my car several times to Southport Mazda in the past to get certain things fixed only to wait there all day, for them to not even end up fixing the issues that i originally went there to fix. Which is annoying because i take a whole day off work for nothing and have to keep taking days off work for them to fix it properly when they could have done it right the first time. The older sales man is also very rude and not helpful at all

Love Mazdas . Four in past years. Rowland’s service kept us coming back to Southport Mazda. He’s left apparently. Very disappointed about current service. Doesn’t match marketing blurb on phone for sure. Up your game Southport Mazda. I have bought elsewhere this time. Better deal, great service!!!
